Refund policy

We guarantee the integrity of our hand sewn bead and components for 60 days. Simply email us with your concern and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Customer is responsible for returning item to us.

Beyond 60 days, we can repair/replace the bead or entire product for a fee. Simply contact us. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
