Please note that our products are not toys. Never leave your child unattended with any of our products. Our products contain very small pieces, which could pose a choking hazard. This includes but is not limited to beads, clasps, tassels, etc. While our jewelry is created with safety and longevity in mind, no jewelry is unbreakable and these small components are considered a choking hazard. By purchasing from Mango Fish, Inc., you acknowledge full responsibility and agree to all items set forth. Mango Fish, Inc. assumes no liability for injury, medical issues, or death resulting from product misuse. Buyer assumes all responsibility. Your child’s safety is our priority.

Allergy Disclaimer

Although extremely rare, some people are allergic to the metals and finishes commonly used in making jewelry. It is the responsibility of the consumer to be aware of any allergies he or she may have to metals (gold, silver, mixed metals, etc.) or the oxidation applied to metals (liver of sulfur) prior to making a purchase. Because there is no way for us to know the medical history of our customers, Mango Fish, Inc. will not be held liable for any allergic reactions that may occur as a result of wearing our jewelry.
